Abstract

The aim of this article is to justify the existence of the right to conscientious objection on the part of health professionals in the field of non-punishable abortion, both in private and public medicine. To this end, the importance of the freedom of human and legal persons in accordance with the rights contemplated by the Argentine Constitution, namely: autonomy of will, freedom of worship and freedom of conscience, will be argued. At the same time, it will seek to propose, by way of example, a series of guidelines for the regulation of this right in the Argentine legal sphere.
