In his article “El derecho como conversación política…” (Revista Jurídica de la Universidad de San Andrés, No. 12), Guillermo Jensen has carried out a critical analysis of several matters included in my last book El derecho como una conversación entre iguales. Through this note, I would like to give an answer to his comments, emphasizing those ones that I consider more relevant.
