Application of Artificial Intelligence in insolvency proceedings: the future is today

The emergence of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, Blockchain and Smarts Contracts are very useful and definitely indispensable tools which, when applied –without fear or scepticism– to insolvency proceedings, avoid inefficiency, long duration and high costs; common weaknesses that they suffer from, both in the Argentine insolvency system and in almost all comparative insolvency legislations.
